WARRANTY FOR COFFEE MACHINES KAFFIT.COM

The manufacturing company reserves the right to refuse free warranty service in the event of non-compliance with the following warranty conditions and conditions for the frequency of

cleaning the coffee machine, prescribed in the Operation Manual.

We kindly ask you to carefully read the Instruction Manual for your coffee machine, warranty conditions, and check the correctness of filling out the warranty card.

The warranty card is only valid if it is completed and contains: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, signatures of the seller and buyer, seller's seal. The model and serial number of the product must match the one specified in the warranty card.

WARRANTY TERMS

The manufacturing company installs on products of the KAFFIT.com trademark the following warranty periods:

  • for automatic coffee machines of the household line Nizza Digital, Bari, Lucca - 36 months from the date of purchase, but not more than 10,000 brewing cycles at intensity no more than 40 servings per day;
  • for the Nizza Business automatic coffee machine - 12 months from the date of purchase, but not more than 10,000 brewing cycles at an intensity of no more than 40 servings per day;
  • for automatic coffee machine Pro - 12 months from the date of purchase, but not more than 11,000 brewing cycles at an intensity of no more than 60 servings per day;
  • for automatic coffee machines Pro+ / Pro+ (6L) - 12 months from the date of purchase, but no more than 11,000 brewing cycles at an intensity of no more than 80 servings per day;
  • for automatic coffee machine K90L - 12 months from the date of purchase, but no more than 12 000 brewing cycles at an intensity of no more than 100 servings per day;
  • for automatic coffee machines K95L/K96L - 12 months from the date of purchase, but no more 12,000 brewing cycles at an intensity of no more than 100 servings per day;
  • for accessories included in the product delivery set - 3 months from the date of purchases, unless otherwise specified in the specification;
  • for milk cooler XHC-6 – 6 months from the date of purchase;
  • for any accessories that are electrical appliances purchased separately from products - 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the specification.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

In the event of a warranty event, the buyer must contact an authorized service center. Addresses and phone numbers of the centers can be found on the website www.kaffit.com

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  1. in case of violation of the rules and conditions of operation, installation of the product, transportation and storage as set out in the Operation Manual;
  2. if the malfunction of the product is caused by a direct or indirect action mechanical forces, chemical, thermal or physical influences, radiation, aggressive or neutral liquids, gasses or other toxic or biological media, as well as any other artificial or of natural origin, unless such exposure is directly allowed by the Product Operation Manual;
  3. If the malfunction of the product is caused by non-compliance with the State Standards for the parameters of power and cable networks;
  4. if repairs, maintenance and upgrades of the product were carried out by persons not authorized by the manufacturer;
  5. if the malfunction is caused by foreign objects entering the product, substances, liquids, insects or animals; when using other than roasted coffee products (including green coffee); when moisture enters the coffee grinder.
  6. if the product is intended for personal (domestic, family) needs, used for business purposes, and for other purposes that do not correspond to its intended purpose;
  7. if the damage is caused by the use of non-standard (non-original) and (or) low-quality (damaged) consumables, accessories, spare parts;
  8. If product defects are caused by sharing the product with equipment not supplied with the product, unless otherwise specified in the Product Operation Manual;
  9. if the product defects are caused by the operation of the defective product, or as part of a set of faulty equipment;
  10. damage caused by water quality;
  11. if the serial number of the product is changed, erased or corrected on the products or in the warranty card;
  12. in case of making unauthorized corrections to the warranty card.
